Monthly Favorites

Hello Everyone!!!!

So this week i wanted to do something different, i know a lot of you tubers do monthly favorites, and as my youtube channel is ready to go but i have no decent camera to start filming videos i thought i would just upload this to my blog..
so here goes :)

1. Estee Lauder - Revitalizing Supreme (Anti-Againg Creme)
Now as i have said in my previous blog posts, i always look for face products that aint going to make me break out or something that isnt going to make me look oily, This product is really moisturising, Its also for a skin type so if your'e combination oily or dry, this product will be great for you, alsp the best thing about this product is how it feels on your face and it smells AMAAAAZING! It says to use it AM and PM i only use this on the PM as its a really thick creme and i don't like the feeling of anything too heavy on my face especially during the day, This is perfect for the evening after a really deep clean of your face, One of my friends who works on the Estee lauder counter said she sometimes wears it as a face mask, I haven't tried this yet, But i have been using this product for over 4months now and i love it. i haven't hit the bottom yet. but i will repurchase this.

2. Estee Lauder - DayWear (Multi-Protection and Anti Oxidant Creme SPF 15)
Another fave for me from Estee Lauder this is so moisturising and feels amazing, I always use to find my skin feeling super dry through out the day and it used to irritate me as i could never find anything that made my skin feel moisturised. this creme makes my skin matte, and doesen't make me look oily in anyway.. as SPF is really important for your skin especially your face i cant encourage you more to wear a good high SPF as you will thank me later in life and be thankful you took care of your skin.
this is only a travel size one but i would repurchase the full size one as its one of the only things i can wear on its own throughout the day. Even on lazy days if you just stick on your comfy tracksuit stick some of this no your face and watch some junk TV, its so good for making you skin feel fresh.

3. Lipsilk lip balm (strawberry)
So this is a weird one because as you will know the lip products range out there is so big from Vaseline, Carmex, Lush, the list is endless, i am a big fan of using lip products all year round especially now its getting cold my lips always end up being chapped and sore, and i am a big lover of Carmex (cherry) but about 3 weeks ago i came across this on offer at my local savers store for £1.50 so  i picked one up thinking nothing of it as you can never have to many chap sticks lol... This product is amazing, its sooo good for making sure lips stay moisturised throughout the day i only apply this on a morning and then maybe 1pm i would re apply, I dont know whats in it but it really does work and to say you pay sometimes a ridiculous amount for a lip product that doesent really do what it says, i mean i am a huge fan of the lush lip scrubs, but if you are looking for something a little less pricey then grab this one  its domed so its easy to get into the corners of you lips and it really does such a good job, they come in 4 different flavours (from what i saw) which are Lemon, Cherry, Strawberry and Grape.

4. Nivea Post-Shave balm (sensitive 0% alcohol)
Throughout the years, sort of since i was 18 i have battles with shaving rash on my face, Now i have tried shaving gels, exfoliating my skin before shaving, Changing to a better razor, and nothing and i mean nothing stops this rash, I then came across this, now this product doesent fully wipe out the rash but it does a amazing job in keeping the rash not so red and controls the redness, its 0% alcohol so you wont get that burning feeling when applying this, a couple of days ago whilst in Asda doing some shopping i just went to go see if it was cheaper in Asda as i got mine from savers. and as i got there 2 guys was putting one in their baskets which instantly made me smile as this product obviously works, so this product
  • Instantly soothes and calms skin irritation
  • Alleviates skin redness and dryness
  • Reduces skin sensitivity with regular use

5. Elizibeth Arden - SuperStart (Skin renewel Booster)
this product is only a tester and i have only had it around 2 weeks, i put this on before moisturiser and it just makes your face and skin look so fresh and awake i do use this daily. and a lot of people have mentioned that my skin looks nice or that i look really refreshed. which i always nice to hear.
it says on the back to use before moisturiser or serum which is what i do... this would be amazing for under foundation or bb cream to just make everything look bright and new. im not too sure on the full retail price as it was given to me as a tester when i went to the counter. It smells really fresh and clean so when applying it you instantly get the fresh smell, and it smoothes on great.

6. Clarins - Foaming cleanser (with tamarind and micro-pearls)
and ANOTHER TESTER lol..... this is from clarins... its a really gentle foaming cleanser, with little sand grains in it to really exfoliate the skin, i use this every other day, as i am loving another face wash at the moment, but this i use if i want a really deep deep clean, as this really leaves your skin beautiful, I also find that its not too harsh with the sand grains some washes irritate my skin and make it sore but this doesent. again i aint sure on the price of this product as its a tester. its for combination oily skin, and it leaves skin 100% matte.

7. Paco rabanne (4 after shave set)
This set i got from Duty free at manchester airport when i went on holiday earlier this year, i still have the last 2 (on the right) full this has lasted me almost 4 months and i wear them everyday. the black xs is my fave and ill be repurchasing the full size one when im out of this one or put it on my xmas list haha!
if you can buy this anywhere i recommend it as its good to test out after shave before buying the full size one.

and thats a wrap... thank you so much for reading!

Clinique clarifying lotion

Hello everyone!

Sorry this is a couple of days late been super busy!

So today I wanna talk about a product I bought in the airport in Florida last year that I have totally neglected and re found about 3weeks ago now. I did originally buy it in a set which looks like this,
I remember using the facial wash and giving the moisturiser to my mum (I think)
So the product I'm talking about now is the clarifying lotion this product is a god send, honestly one of the best products I've ever had on my skin, I have quite a oily skin so I have tried so many products to stop me looking as shiney throughout the day! And this product does exactly that! So the product it's self is dermatologist-Developed, allergy tested, and 100% fragrance free!
It's so comfortable wearing it, non-drying exfoliater!
It instantly cleares away dull flakes to uncover skin that's fresh and glowing!
Deep cleaned and refines pores, and a huge thing for me that I look for in products like this and what this product does AMAZINGLY, is controls oil build up, in my honest opinion after 3 weeks this product has changed my skin and I kick myself that I've not used this sooner I will defiantly be repurchasing this as soon as its empty! I urge you to go to your local Clinique counter and get this if you have oily skin. It's a amazing product! I'm not too sure weather you can buy it single or if you have to buy the actual set (check before)
You will not regret this purchase if you suffer with a oily skin it has changed my skin I've had so many people say my skin is looks so fresh and clear, and all I do is every evening after using my face wash it towel dry my face then using a cotton las just swipe it over my face avoiding my eye area I just focus on my t-zone area as that's where I get my oil build up, then either go to sleep or carry on with what I was doing! It does say on the bottle to use it twice daily but I only use it once as I use a daily cream on a morning before a moisturiser.
If you do purchase this id love to hear about your results with it. Any questions you may have just message me :-)
Thank you for reading

Becoming vegetarian

Hello!!!!
Sorry I've been away I've had a few messages asking me why I haven't done any new blog posts, and to be honest I've been super busy with work and home life but I'll be updating it well I'll try to once a week about anything and everything..... So let's get to it!!!!

So a few months ago after watching to programme on tv of a guy who was undercover in a chicken farm and looking at the conditions they live in and how horribly they are just throw around and killed, that was the last straw for me, being  a huge huge animal lover, it brought tears to my eyes, I remember physically sat with tears in my eyes seeing the animals being killed I managed to see one chicken get killed and turned it off, from this moment on I was determined that I wouldn't eat meat again, as the days went on considering I ate meat every single day I found myself just remembering the animals being killed which made me instantly not want to eat it.
I did some research into vegetarian meals and experimenting with recipes and almost 3months down the line I feel so much happier that I am not eating meat I know just because I ain't eating it doesent mean animals still won't be killed. I urge anyone to give it a try, the food is amazing I had never tried much quorn things but the range they do is brilliant and the quorn joint, I eat on a Sunday instead of actual meat is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! And it's meat free, nothing in my life has changed dramatically it's all still the same I still go to restaurants and eat everything vegetarian, although saying this sort of towards the first couple of weeks getting into it I went to a all you can eat buffet which was Indian and on the table opposite was a man literally face planting a plate of chicken which made me feel slightly poorly (LOL) I don't know if it was because he was eating chicken or the fact it was all over his face haha!
But no 3months on I'm as happy as ever with my meals and 1million % will never go back to eating meat. I've attached some pictures of my favourite quorn products and trust me they are AMAZING.
If anyone is thinking of giving up meat,  drop me a line. Facebook and Twitter name on my blog!
