Hey Everyone!!!!
wow it feels weird blogging after so long i feel like i am just going to talk a load of rubbish, i haven't written since November which is SOOO long ago, i have just been super super busy with work and spending time with family...i hope everyone had a lovely Christmas and new year! whilst writing this I'm in the middle of packing for Amsterdam as its my birthday on the 29th of January so i have 6 days off work to celebrate. starting with Amsterdam!
so as you know i don't like to do reviews straight away after using the products for one day.... i like to really give them a chance to work and give my honest opinion of what i think.
(just a quick mention i am not sponsored to write these, these are my honest opinions I've had messages asking how i got asked to do these reviews..) i have been using the clarins products for around 2 months now, i have never actually used anything by clarins before, I've always used products i know as in afraid to try new things as i break out pretty easily, and again the temple spa products are samples since December i got given as a gift from a friend but they are AMAZING!
so enough rambling on ... here are my fave/product review!!!
Clarins Pure Melt Cleansing Gel
So i was actually introduced to this product from a customer at work.... this product is incredible... i have massively oily skin so try every product to try combat the oil on my t-zone area, i seem to find any product i wear on my face seems to start feeling "clogy" by mid afternoon which i hate the feeling of, This product as you can see in the picture is a clear gel, It feels kinda sticky when you apply it but massage this into your whole face, It transforms from a gel, into a oil, whilst massaging this in for around 2 minutes, then apply water to your face it then does another transformation into a moisturising milk which i find so amazing, it not only amazed me but it made my skin feel super clean and its one of those products i will continue to use, as well as using a few other products alongside this one. It has marula oil in it, and also claims to be for all skin types, like i said above i have majorly oily skin and this made my face feel really clean and like all my pores were unblocked.
Cannot give this product enough of a good word because its literally made my skin feel amazing on a morning!! I LOVE IT, WELL DONE CLARINS!!!!!
Clarins HydraQuench Cream-Mask
If like me you have weird skin and by this i mean my skin is oily but when i shave i don't know if the products I'm using are causing my skin to feel tight or what but it does. it feels super dehydrated and tight so using this puts all the moisture back into my skin which i love.. i wash my face and then apply this all over as it really gets foamy on the skin and creates like a really thick mask it also makes my skin feel amazing which i always look for.
It claims to deliver a "intense" hydration boost, apply to the face for 10-15 Min's, then remove with cotton pads soaked in toning lotion. you will thank me later!!!
Clarins Exfoliating Cleanser
EXFOLIATING!!!!!
its such a important step in any skin care routine, exfoliating skin helps new skin grow and also removes any dead skin from your face/body.. if like me you look a spray tan again this will help that to apply more even to the skin and also makes it last that little bit longer which I'm sure we all would love in weather like this...
it has little micro beads in it which you can fee, i know with previous scrubs I've ha you cant feel them as much as this one which kinda put me off from repurchasing it again, but with this one it feels incredible on my face it really does do the job, i will most defiantly repurchase this product again...
TempleSpa Mask
So i was introduced to this by my good friends David And Ollie, as you can tell I'm a massive fan of skin care anyone who knows me will know i find it really important to look after my skin, i use sunbeds so i do everything i can to make sure i look after my skin really well... i love face masks, scrubs, night creams anything you throw at me for my skin i will use, now this product i was a little hesitant to try, just because i tried some on the back of my hand and from that instantly thought in my head "I ain't going to like this"
As I've said in a above post, this is a scrub type product with the little micro beads in it, and they are really fine which i always instantly think they wont do anything for my skin!
i couldn't of being more wrong, this product not only made my skin feel amazing but it really unblocked my pores i suffer with a few blemishes every now and then and at the time of trying this i had active breakouts which this product took the redness away and made them not so red. it also smells really good, It has a really clean scent also i can smell like yogurt and honey.. this just shows you really shouldn't judge a book by its cover because i was already convinced i wouldn't like this product but i really do. its some thing ill be buying the full size once I've got through the millions of scrubs in my bathroom.
TempleSpa All Talk Lip Balm
With this cold weather being in full force right now, my lips have been chapped throughout the whole of January, and this little beauty has been my go to product, Its really moisturising and its quite a thick consistency but i love that.
It feels amazing on your lips and it smells lovely like a minty kind of smell.
Again i have only tried a few products from the temple spa range but they are of really good quality. Again another product i will buy full size.

i have been waiting to introduce this, I'm so excited its the benefit matte rescue GEL!
its a gel formula which sucks up all the oil if you have a oily complexion which keeps you matte throughout the whole day, i use this on my entire face as i hate looking shiny loll!
This product is by far one of my faves from Benefit.. it keeps me looking super matte all day with no shine, it is also a conditioning gel with diamond powder in the ingredients to blur out any imperfections.
not just saying this because i work for benefit, its actually a amazing amazing product!! if you use benefits porefessional already, use this product before that so that you have this gel all over the face or in areas you get a build up of oil, then use the porefessional to fill in pores. both together work a actual dream!!! this is new to the porefessional line... so grab yours now they are available on counter and to have a demo so you can see how well this product works.
Clarins Super Restoritive Night
Night cream..... theres so many on the market, ones that do different things, i saw this and thought i would try it because i don't usually wear one on a night time, I'm more of a day cream person to keep my skin looking fresh throughout the day, this product has a really nice thickness to the consistency which instantly i thought YES!!!!!
it blends nicely into your skin and i would go as far as saying its your faces nightly drink of water, it feels super moisturising, i used to find if i used a night scream i would Wake up with my face feeling greasy and clogged, with this my skin is left feeling dry and nice, not greasy at all. i really like this product and will continue to use it until it runs out. and then ill purchase it again.
i am a massive massive fan of clarins skin care now after using these products, i will not change my routine until i find something better, which i have a feeling will be hard to find.
